- 浏览不用登录，认领岗位和交周报要登录。没登录时，表单的位置只会显示注册和登录按钮。
- 凑满 3 人才入队。同一课题下，还没入队的认领达到 3 人时自动组成一队，一队 3 到 5 人，不超过课题卡上写的人数。不满 3 人时，提交仍然只是意向，不会一个人单独成队。岗位选了项目协调员的人担任协调员；没有人选这个岗位时，按提交先后，最先提交的人担任。
- 「学员代号 / 昵称」只写昵称，最多 30 个字。不要写真名、学校、班级、城市。这里做的是国际项目，作品会公开，你的身份不用公开。
- 「感知偏好与沟通习惯」写的是你怎么工作舒服，比如「文字沟通优先、免开麦、晚间活跃」，不需要写诊断、病史或家里的事。
- 每周交一次脉冲周报：本周完成的关键动作（必填）、遇到的卡点（没有就写「顺畅」）、AI 协作使用披露（选填）。用了 AI 就照实写用在哪一步、哪些内容人工核对过。
- 对外联系只用项目身份。给国际组织、比赛方写信时，不留自己的私人邮箱、微信、手机号、住址，不发自己的照片，不答应任何线下见面。对方要你的个人信息，先停下，告诉团队协调员和家长。
- 上传到公共平台的东西，先看清平台规则。iNaturalist、OpenStreetMap、NASA Space Apps 这些平台各有自己的注册年龄和账号规则；未达到年龄要求的，由家长或团队里符合条件的人操作，不要谎报年龄。
- 只交真东西。数据、学名、引用都要能查到来源，不编数据，不抄别人的作品当成自己的。
- 可以退出，不追责。撑不住了就在周报里写清楚自己做到哪一步、交接给谁，然后退出。
- 看板上的进度：还没入队时，看板是空的，并写明你还没入队，不会把示例任务当成你的进度。入队之后，看板换成你们组自己的：周报脉冲记成卡片，你只能移动自己的卡片，协调员可以移动组里任何一张。成果存证与作品集仍是往期示例，不是你们组的实时馆藏。
- Browsing needs no account; claiming a role and sending a weekly pulse do. When you are not signed in, the forms show only sign-up and sign-in buttons.
- A team starts at 3 people. On the same project, once 3 claims are still unplaced, they become one team of 3 to 5, and never more than the number written on the project card. Fewer than 3 is still only an intention: one person is not a team. A Project Coordinator claim becomes the coordinator; if nobody claimed that role, the earliest claim does.
- “Student alias / nickname” is a nickname only, up to 30 characters. No real name, school, class or city. These are international projects; the work is public, your identity does not need to be.
- “Sensory preference and communication habits” is about how you work best, for example “text first, no microphone, active at night”. No diagnoses, medical history or family matters.
- One pulse report a week: key things done this week (required), what blocked you (write “smooth” if nothing), and an AI-use disclosure (optional). If you used AI, say honestly at which step and what you checked by hand.
- Outside contact uses the project identity only. When writing to an international organisation or organiser, never give your private email, WeChat, phone number or address, never send photos of yourself, and never agree to meet in person. If someone asks for personal details, stop and tell your team coordinator and a parent.
- Check a public platform’s rules before uploading. iNaturalist, OpenStreetMap and NASA Space Apps each have their own sign-up age and account rules. If you are under the age, a parent or an eligible team member operates the account. Do not lie about your age.
- Hand in real work only. Data, species names and quotations must have a source you can point to. No made-up data, and no passing off someone else’s work as yours.
- You can leave without blame. If it is too much, write in your pulse where you got to and who takes over, then step out.
- What the board shows: before you are placed, the columns are empty and the page says you are not on a team. Sample tasks are not shown as your progress. After you are placed, the board is your own team’s: a weekly pulse becomes cards, you can move only your own cards, and the coordinator can move any card on the team. The portfolio tab stays sample work from earlier cohorts, not your team’s live archive.
国际线上公益 PBL 工坊做的是真实的公益项目，不是做一份 PPT 给老师打分。3 到 5 个同学组成一个微型团队，像一家小小的非营利机构那样分工，用 8 周时间做出一个真的能被别人用上的东西：一本开源图鉴、一套离线绘本、一批上传到公共地图上的建筑数据、一份比赛申报材料。
课题分两类，一共 8 个：
- 自主发起型国际公益：例如全球微观物种开源双语图鉴、双语情绪解压随身小册、弱网地区儿童离线科学绘本、中外乡土古建筑双语数字方志。
- 国际知名公益与赛事：iNaturalist 城市自然挑战赛、HOT OSM 人道主义救援地图测绘、The Earth Prize 青少年环境挑战赛、NASA Space Apps 黑客松。
每张课题卡上写着真实交付物、合作或主办方、周期（8 周）和每组人数。
这里以文字异步为主：不用开麦，不用同时在线，晚上活跃的人和白天活跃的人可以在同一个团队里。分工看的是你擅长什么、能沉浸在什么里，不看年龄和年级。团队里有六种岗位：项目协调员、首席研究员、双语主创与叙事官、视觉与技术总监、合规与国际联络官、AI 驾驶员。每个岗位卡上写着适合什么样的人、每周大概交出什么。

/Global Online PBL runs real non-profit projects, not slide decks made for a grade. Three to five students form a mini team, split the work like a tiny non-profit, and spend 8 weeks making something other people can actually use: an open species atlas, an offline storybook set, building data uploaded to a public map, or a competition submission.
There are 8 projects in two tracks:
- Self-initiated projects: for example an open bilingual atlas of micro-species, a bilingual pocket guide for calming down, offline science storybooks for children with poor internet, and a bilingual digital archive of rural architecture.
- Established programmes and competitions: the iNaturalist City Nature Challenge, Humanitarian OpenStreetMap Team mapping, The Earth Prize, and the NASA Space Apps Challenge.
Each project card lists the real deliverable, the partner or organiser, the length (8 weeks) and the team size.
Work is mostly written and asynchronous: no microphone, no need to be online at the same time, so night owls and early risers can share a team. Roles go by what you are good at and can sink into, not by age or grade. There are six roles: Project Coordinator, Chief Researcher, Bilingual Storyteller, Visual and Tech Lead, Outreach and Liaison, and AI Driver. Each role card says who it suits and roughly what it hands in each week.
A project moves through five phases: team assembly and charter, research and first real contact, agile sprints with weekly pulses, real delivery and public release, and recording who contributed what.
一次从挑课题到交第一份周报的过程（昵称是虚构的）：
- 挑课题。在「国际公益课题库」里用「课题分类」筛出「国际知名公益与赛事」，每页三张卡，点「下一组」翻页。你停在 HOT OSM 人道主义救援地图测绘：交付物是上传到 OpenStreetMap 的建筑与道路数据，8 周，每组 5 人。
- 看岗位。点「查看微型公司招募」，到「异步组队招募板」。你喜欢安静地盯着细节，「首席研究员」的卡上写着适合「热爱刨根问底、对虚假数据零容忍」的人，每周交文献摘要、事实核查清单和清洗后的数据。
- 登记意向。选择目标课题：HOT OSM；意向岗位：首席研究员；学员代号：观星客；感知偏好：文字沟通优先、免开麦、晚上九点后在线。点「提交异步认领意向」。这个课题上如果已经有另外两位同学认领，你立刻入队，看板显示你们自己的名字；还不满 3 人时，页面只确认意向已登记。
- 开始做事以后，第一周交脉冲周报。本周完成的关键动作：读完 HOT 新手测绘教程，标注练习区 40 栋建筑。卡点：不确定院墙要不要单独画，下周问团队。AI 协作披露：用 AI 翻译了教程里两段英文，翻译结果对照原文人工核对过。点「提交本周脉冲记录」。
- 如果有人发来邮件，说想加你的私人微信「方便沟通」——不回私人联系方式，把邮件转给团队协调员，并告诉家长。项目沟通留在项目里。
From picking a project to the first weekly pulse (the nickname is invented):
- Pick a project. In the project library, filter by “Established programmes and competitions”. Three cards show per page; “Next” turns the page. You stop at Humanitarian OpenStreetMap Team mapping: the deliverable is building and road data uploaded to OpenStreetMap, 8 weeks, 5 per team.
- Look at roles. Follow the recruitment link to the team board. You like quiet, detailed work; the Chief Researcher card says it suits people who love digging to the bottom and have zero tolerance for fake data, and that it hands in literature notes, fact-check lists and cleaned data each week.
- Register your intention. Project: HOT OSM. Role: Chief Researcher. Alias: Stargazer. Preferences: text first, no microphone, online after 9 pm. Submit. If two other students have already claimed the same project, you are placed at once and the board shows your own names. If the project still has fewer than 3 claims, the page only confirms that the intention was saved.
- Once work starts, send the first weekly pulse. Done: finished the HOT beginner mapping tutorial and traced 40 buildings in the practice area. Blocked: not sure whether courtyard walls are mapped separately; will ask the team next week. AI disclosure: used AI to translate two English paragraphs of the tutorial and checked the translation against the original by hand. Submit the pulse.
- If someone emails asking for your private WeChat “to make things easier”, do not send any private contact. Forward the email to your team coordinator and tell a parent. Project talk stays in the project.
